£120 for a 50 minute session includes EMDR and DBR therapy.
£216 for a 90 minute extended assessment or EMDR session.
Contracted therapy sessions will last for 50 minutes (unless otherwise agreed), on the same day and time, on a weekly basis. Sessions are online. My fees are as advertised.
With EMDR, slightly longer sessions can be offered, of between 90 minutes and two hours, which is preferable, as it allows more time for processing, and it can reduce the number of sessions needed overall. Longer sessions are charged pro-rata.
I also offer intensive EMDR therapy with increased length and frequency of appointments, and intensive DBR therapy with increased frequency of appointments, which can help you achieve your goals more quickly.

- Wednesdays: 10am – 7pm
- Thursdays: 12pm – 7pm
- Fridays: 9am – 7pm
- Saturdays: 9am – 1pm
